Comfortable Stay Close to Everything
clean room friendly staff free parking
The room was a Twin Room, very clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and efficient. Check-in was quick (a definite plus after a long journey). I also found that parking was easy and free, a great benefit, especially in this area (saves a lot on parking fees!).
The shower's water pressure was a bit weak, making it slightly less enjoyable after a day of exploring.

solid stay, a few hiccups
friendly staff hotel parking
the room was a double room, and it had everything i needed. the staff were friendly at the desk. a repaint outside would do wonders. i did find parking available with payment inside the hotel.
the homeless people. i was concerned when bringing my children. i was told nothing could be done about it. no other way to get there exist.

the hotel sits on the main road into town, frequent buses pass by. it is just a quick five minutes to the main square. i found it easy to get around without a car from here.

the breakfast offered a good variety. there was plenty of choice available each morning. the team running the bar and restaurant seemed proud of their efforts. i thought that was nice to see.

the staff was very attentive and friendly! nothing was too much trouble to ask. she. i am grateful for the good location near the beach.
i found it a bit confusing trying to find the inn and the car park as they are on separate streets! there was poor signage. the website should also display the postcode of the car park. i found it difficult climbing over the bathtub to get in and out of the shower. the shower curtain was terrible and water sprayed over the toilet and parts of the floor. the same happened to my husband too.

The reception staff were cute and helpful. My room had air conditioning that worked well. The bed and pillows were very comfortable which helped provide a good night's sleep.
The hotel exterior looks a little unloved.

The location is a convenient ten-minute walk to the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful . I found ample parking available without issues. I easily entered my car registration at reception to validate parking. The room was clean and well kept. I appreciated the standard amenities provided in the room.

My room included standard amenities offering a comfortable stay. The room was a reasonable size with a clean bathroom. The large attic twin room i had, was quiet and huge. The lift, was unfortunately not working .

The location offers easy access to several attractions. It was only a short walk to the town centre, about ten minutes. Buses stop right outside the hotel and run frequently in both directions. The football stadium is about a 30-minute walk.

The room was spacious, very clean and quiet. i found the bed to be very comfortable. free on-site parking was available. I appreciated this. all the staff were friendly and helpful, offering advice on local attractions.
the hotel exterior appears a bit tired and could use some updating.

The restaurant is conveniently located next door and offers a varied menu. the breakfast included a superb range of choices and fresh ingredients. The food was AMAZING!!! the cafe and bar area was clean and well kept.

surprisingly lovely stay!
easy check-in friendly staff clean rooms
i really appreciated the easy check-in process and the friendly staff. they provided an extra pillow when i asked. the rooms were very clean. the location is spot on with a bus stop right outside.
The hotel could benefit from some minor cosmetic improvements. The outside looks a little worn.
